Hello, I'm Christine, a board certified health and wellness coach (HWNC-BC) and holistic, functional nurse. ​For longer than a decade, I worked with patients in the acute care setting, from pre-birth to the afterlife, and in nearly every area of patient care there is.  As I learned from my patients at the bedside, I began to ask questions and make greater connections. It was listening carefully to my patients that helped me develop my intuitive assessment and communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, and a strong ethical desire for patient advocacy and support. In 2024, while already on my own path to renewal, I became very sick after being exposed to toxic molds in a building. This derailment led me to dive even deeper into functional healthcare, root-cause analysis, and intuitive trust. I quickly learned just how connected we are to everything around us, especially our environment. Now, I support clients on a deeper level and help them find balance.  I provide an environment of trust where vulnerability leads to breakthroughs. I remain grounded in the nursing code of ethics while honoring the uniqueness of every interaction. For those who feel unheard, facing struggles in their health, personal life, or daily routines, I offer guidance on a path to renewal. ​​
